I really wanted this to work but it didn't. I should have read the return policy before I purchased, they don't accept returns if it doesn't work! I now see companies that stand behind their products and offer refunds. Buyer Beware!
I recently received an email from(at least I think it was from)Groupon, stating that my password and billing information had been deleted because of unusual activity in your Groupon account. To protect your account, weve proactively deleted your billing information and removed your existing Groupon password. I searched for a contact number to confirm that it was indeed from Groupon. Nowhere could I find a number. After a number of clicks on the SIte, I found a general email address. This is unacceptable in my opinion and I will not purchase any more products or services from a company that will not provide a contact number.
I signed up in November, 2017 and it appears I made a huge mistake!!! I have log on to their site and then went to the stores I wanted to make purchases. After a week's of shopping I log on to check my account, sadly I didn't see many of my purchases(only 3 were listed). I tried to contact the company by phone, but had not luck. I completed online request for help, but only received standard replies that didn't address my issues. After I finally received a real response, it only addressed one of the issues. I fill a number of requests showing the dates an amounts of my purchases, only to be told I needed to submit the confirmation email for the companies. I explained that I don't keep confirmation emails after I have the products!! I'm back to Ebates!!!!!!
