I signed up in November, 2017 and it appears I made a huge mistake! I have log on to their site and then went to the stores I wanted to make purchases. After a week's of shopping I log on to check my account, sadly I didn't see many of my purchases(only 3 were listed). I tried to contact the company by phone, but had not luck. I completed online request for help, but only received standard replies that didn't address my issues. After I finally received a real response, it only addressed one of the issues. I fill a number of requests showing the dates an amounts of my purchases, only to be told I needed to submit the confirmation email for the companies. I explained that I don't keep confirmation emails after I have the products! I'm back to Ebates!
