Horrible I've been going to them at the Hicksville location for over 20 years. Got here tonight for a scheduled appointment in the new Bethpage location (as of today 2/24/21) only to find out a billing policy which has never been in place prior including when I saw my pcp 3 months ago is now a policy and has always been their policy. Inconsistent administration and billing policy that is now really only in place at this new facility in Bethpage. So I did not get treatment. Typical it's either big pharma, insurance or the doctors themselves - sad especially during this pandemic.
I was also told that my former pcp that I've seen for years was only handling COVID related appointments and I'd have to see a new physician. Found out today when setting my appointment as well as when I arrived for my appointment that thus was never the case. Find another place to go. It's not what it once was during the HIP days.
