Don't know if I can add the doctor, staff and practitioners names so I won't. First incident, they refused service saying I had no medical records even though I've been a client since 2014. Second incident the NP acted as if I was not supposed to ask for help. She was so monotone and didn't even respond to me saying " nice to see you again". Administration doesn't care either. They won't even reply to complaints even if you call and leave a message. Please don't think you have an emergency that can hold off until the ER, staff will probably laugh at you as they've done me several times. I HATE THIS PLACE, if I could give zero I would.ACPNY clinic in Brooklyn. Absolutely the worst!
