Customer service is no longer answering phones or email. They are NOT standing by their warranty if your band separates. They have not paid their customer service people. If your band lasts a full year you are lucky, but if it doesn't you are out of luck.

I was very dissatisfied with the product that I received. When inquiring what to do in order to return it I was told I would only get a credit of half the amount which amounted to seven dollars. For me it wasn't worth it to return it so I decided to keep it and just give it to somebody else to use. As it turned out after I took a customer survey The company contacted me again and I only lost three dollars in this transaction so I will continue shopping with this company because they did come through with a reasonable refund.

Ordered what I thought was a real Longchamp messenger bag. $75.00. Received it within a week. Bag had a tear on the side. When I asked the company what I should do in returning it, there was a song and dance of the expense of the return (I'd nee to pay for it) and I'd only get half of the payment. It gets better... they offered me a 5% discount if I ordered another bag. Now tht was just a slap in the face. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Longchamp-paris.net
