I ordered two different scrub pants. I am new to the industry and AllHeart came highly recommended by a friend. I am learning how scrubs are cut and so far both orders were too small. I have returned them, have the tracking number and proof of the returns being received. I still haven't received a refund. They are trying to tell me that my bank is not accepting the refund. I have worked in the banking industry and know this is NOT the truth. But to appease them I call PNC Bank and asked them. They told me even if the acct was closed they would accept the refund back and contact me that the acct had money refunded. I am absolutely beyond upset about this. AllHeart agent said "give us another credit card number to put the refund on"... do what? I am certainly not giving you another card number. I would not EVER use this company again! They is something crooked about this company.
