Phone service is poor with operators speaking poor english and not understanding english. Website looks good but when one enters coupons provided either online or by email, they are not honored.

I ordered 3 shirts. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive and came in two separate packages, several days apart. Ordered standard medium size. Two shirts were clearly large and unsuitable to be worn. Other shirt was so small that had difficulty buttoning it. Immediately emailed company. Company says that shirts must be returned to CHINA at my expense and suggested that I donate them since shipping cost will equal cost of shirts and I could receive a partial credit for future purchases. Totally unacceptable. I feel this is a rip off.
