I ordered and received a 4-jaw chuck for my lathe, but it arrived without the two steel rods used to tighten and loosen the chuck. I notified the company, and they inquired whether the packaging was damaged. I told them that it was not, and asked that they send me the missing parts. After waiting several days for a reply, I called them. Their response (by Pam K.) was that she would "check Home Depot on her way home." That was the last I heard from them despite sending several more e-mails asking that they ship me the missing parts. (They had asked me to return the chuck, but I had already scratched it after putting it on my lathe. Making it unsalable.)
