Took 4 days longer than told to ship then I get the wrong part tried calling it was a weekend so understandable but I haven't received a call back got an email back asking for proof I have sent that at this time they have asked me to change the review on eBay seems like that's more of a priority than actually sending me the right item and made sure to change there add to include that the photo is a stock photo to show the item but it's ok I have a screenshot of the original post so the BBB will know if they try anything
Sent item that the buyer ordered. Buyer made a mistake and ordered the incorrect item for his application. No problem, it happens! Provided return information to the buyer. Communicated via and via phone to help him resolve his issue.
