My order was canceled due to a software glitch supposedly still waiting on refund so I can order...
Took 4 days longer than told to ship then I get the wrong part tried calling it was a weekend so...
Did some checking on this and see that the order was delivered within the estimated time frame provided to the buyer (in the eBay listing he purchased from). We ship orders in the order they are received and not by location to be fair to all of our customers. I also see that eBay agreed that we fulfilled the order within the time stated so they removed his negative feedback. Buyer had expectations that do not align with the time frame that was stated in the listing he purchased from (and he agreed to when he made the purchase).
