Was attempting to recover mp4 files that I accidently deleted on an sd card. After retrieving the files and attempting to view them my file explorer began crashing and would not re-open. After a few hours of research I was able to clear the cache and get it working again however the recovered files resulted in the same result over and over again.
Tip for consumers: I did not find this product effective
The amount you spend on leads is high. Add that to the fact that 90% dont even reply to your initial emails or phone calls makes it questionable at best. Customer service is close to talking to a bot, canned responses and not relevant to the conversation.
