My wife and I have been ordering from ButcherBox for several years. We have had many many examples of receiving our box with missing items or items with damaged packaging. Each time, we call customer support and they say they will add it to a future box. They absolutely refuse to make a special shipment to get you the items you paid for. Multiple times, we purchased our next box and STILL did not receive our items missing from the previous box. We call support yet again and they have no clue what we are talking about. We recently had a baby and as a result have not been checking our emails every single day. We noticed on the 13th, that they sent an email on the 10th allowing us only 48 hours to change or cancel the order. We called to try to cancel the order the same day the payment started processing and were told they would not be doing anything to cancel it. They advised that we could return the package to sender, but they will not be issuing a refund. Multiple times, their support has been rude and unproductive absolutely unwilling to help.
