Local UPS delivery drivers refuse to follow simple delivery instructions as provided on their own website. "UPS My Choice" provides instructions to deliver to my front door and also provides a code to open a gate on my driveway. I have been told by UPS that they will follow these instructions, but the drivers don't care. This is an ongoing problem. I tried talking to the driver supervisor at the local distribution center, but will never do that again. She was the rudest person I have ever encountered....extremely unprofessional.

A few months ago I found the business card of the manager of that location in my mailbox. That violated federal law.

The gate does not reduce the width of my driveway and in no way prevents the delivery trucks from reaching my house since they have the keypad code to open it. It opens automatically for exit. They know all of this. They also know that we are both handicapped, which is the reason for the delivery instructions to our front door.

Been having problems with FedEx delivery people who will not follow simple delivery instructions. My FedEx Delivery Manager provides instructions to deliver to my front door because I am handicapped. The local delivery office is aware of this, but their drivers could care less. After a BBB complaint in January, I was assured by customer service that it had been taken care of and would no longer be a problem. Package today says delivered in tracking, but it's not here. Online chat customer rep said I should go out and hunt for it. Um no, that's not acceptable. They kept asking for the same info over and over, and then just disconnected with no warning. VERY unprofessional. In January I tried calling them. That was even worse...extremely rude. Now I warn every vendor I work with to avoid FedEx at all costs. Just isn't worth the hassle. I kept a transcript of the chat exchange which I will add to my current BBB complaint. Likely to start a DOJ complaint as well for refusing an ADA accommodation. Delivering to my front door isn't complex or a matter of fact, it's much more secure to leave packages there than anywhere else on my 10 acres.

Visited the outlet store in Sevierville, TN on 5/27/2018. Went there because EB sent me an email with a $10 gift certificate. Can be used in store or online. No restrictions. Found something I wanted in the store, and took it to the register. Apparently that interrupted a clerk who was nearby folding shirts. Handed her the item I wanted to buy and showed her the gift certificate on my phone. "You'll have to buy something else in order to use that.", I was told. WHAT??? It doesn't say that anywhere! "It's in the fine print, and you need to learn to read." was her response as she turned her back on me and walked away. WTH???

Sent in a complaint to corporate. Got an email from the store manager asking for a reply. I did. Nothing since. Looks like my assessment was accurate. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Now I know why there were so few people in that store in an otherwise crowded outlet mall on a holiday weekend.

I tried using the certificate online. Website had no problems, and no requirement to buy something else, but it will cost me MORE because I'd have to pay shipping for the same thing I had in my hand a few days earlier. No thanks.

6/23/18 Follow-up. Just got a whopping $20 gift card, and I have NO plans to use it. That tells me they're not really concerned. AVOID this store.

Subscribed to this service for a few months...3 meals for two, every week. Most deliveries had one or more ingredients missing. Several times food was damaged or spoiled. It was well packed and still cold, so it was bad when it was put in the package. There's just no excuse for that. Got tired of having to go to my own pantry to make up for missing items. Also portions were always small considering the price. It's just not worth the cost or hassle, so I cancelled. They didn't seem all that bothered by losing another customer.
