I had bundled TV, phone and internet. I canceled the TV on 1-6-20. That same day I told Customer Service I wanted to drop my internet speed to the slowest for the month to reduce the bill. I was told I had the fast service on 1-1-20 therefore I had to pay that rate for the month regardless of lowering the speed for the balance of the month. Outrageous! This company has a an overall one star rating for a reason. CUSTOMER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I DVR daily. The Spectrum DVR is pathetic. I could not rely on the tuner for accurately record. This is a common problem with Spectrum DRV customers. Their introductory bundle price is excellent BUT there is a reason for that. Also, Spectrum, Time Warner, Charter, whatever else they call themselves, Customer Service is substandard. I will NEVER have Spectrum again. I've gone back to bundle DISH and Windstream for phone and internet. I had no problem with Spectrum phone and internet. Customer BEWARE of Spectrum TV and DVR service. Twice burned!
