I contacted Spectrum21 Web Development for help with my new company website and logo among other things. With one meeting they were very helpful with the ideas that might make my website and startup business successful... all this at no cost. I had them start with the initial logo and design of the new site. The cost is what I consider very reasonable compared to other places I have contacted... plus I get one-on-one service. I'm happy.
I had bundled TV, phone and internet. I canceled the TV on 1-6-20. That same day I told Customer Service I wanted to drop my internet speed to the slowest for the month to reduce the bill. I was told I had the fast service on 1-1-20 therefore I had to pay that rate for the month regardless of lowering the speed for the balance of the month. Outrageous! This company has a an overall one star rating for a reason. CUSTOMER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Tip for consumers:
This company is located in California and there cost to you would be very reasonable. Make contact online through their website form they told me they do not travel out of the Los Angeles Area...to keep cost down, but can handle website design, development, SEO and marketing globally.
