Based in Ivybridge, Plymouth, according to my research this business is run by a sole trader (whose first name I'm told is Mark). Placed an order on line with PetFoodPlus months ago now and have contacted them via both their web site contact form and by phone to find out where my order is and latterly to request a refund. The lady I spoke to on the phone twice sounded most pleasant and apologetic but could only leave a message with Mark to ask nim to contact me. Despite my repeated attempts to get ANY kind of feedback about my order I've been utterly ignored. Given the limited methods available to contact this company (no email address) and the apparent refusal to respond to my reasonable and polite requests for information regarding my order I can only conclude that the acceptance of my order was, from the outset, an intention to defraud me. Please do not make the same mistake as me - DO NOT order anything from this company.
