They are crooks-i asked to drop 2 phones from my account and refused to drop them and still continued to charge me for them for 4 months and after finally call them up they said they didn't know why they didn't drop the 2 phone buy they gave me back they last 2 months instead of the last 5 months. The phone carriers are all crooks. STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT
