I ordered a leg container of flex seal paste black
Got no update on order
Called company 1 month after order was told backordered
Told them I wanted an immediate refund and they hung up on me
I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN DO TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPARENT LACK OF PRODUCT
I ordered a Raiders shirt from them
When I got the shirt the logo was crooked and off CENTERED
Called customer service
They apologized and sent me another shirt
When that shirt arrived
SAME PROBLEM
I RECOMMEND NOT DEALING WITH THEM
BAD PRODUCT QUALITY
I ordered some items on Feb 9
Their site said ship in 4 days
I checked back on Feb 20
They did not know anything, said merchant has 2 days to respond to inquiry
Why were that not checking on this order until I called, if I had not called how much longer would it have been before they did their job as the middle man
Very dissatisfied
Would give the a -5 but the chart does not go that low
If you use them, which I will not, don't wait for them to do their job, THEY DONT
You will have to do everything after they take your money
