I received a message that my items were shipped. The message never changes status. I tried contacting them via their chat on several occasions - no one ever chimes in. I called there customer service number and just rings - eventually it rolls to voicemail.
Terrible service and will to cancel via my credit card.
I believe their ‘great reviews' are bots and likely paid fake influencers.
