I am not sure about the quality of their products, given I have yet to receive them. I ordered my $200+ stroller a WEEK ago and all they have done is print out the shipping label. On the website, it says 5 day turn around time for East Coast customers. They are in Southern California and I am located in AZ. They have continuously told me that the item has shipped (since Wednesday, today is Friday) but anyone that knows how to read can tell that it hasn't even been picked up by UPS. Obviously their customers aren't a priority to them. All they do is say, "Sorry, but...". Sorry doesn't cut it.
