The glasses did not work as designated when I purchase them. Tried to get the half back on them but was told I couldn't do that until I reordered the same glasses with the correction I was looking for. I also had to pay shipping even though the glasses that I asked for the second time for half the price of the ones I originally ordered.

I called in to ask about the shipping policy to see if there was a threshold for free shipping as far as price. The person I spoke with wanted me to place my order immediately and he left out critical information about the purchase in terms of the fit. Once I found out I called back and changed 1 piece of merchandise and I'm still waiting for any information on that. Another piece of equipment required the same change but it was too late it had already shipped so I had to modify it on site. The one piece of merchandise that did not have to be changed was defective when I received it and it's a complicated return policy it requires photographs VIN number and numbers from the box. Someone will get back with me between 24 and 72 hours. I have a disabled wife and I needed the running boards for the side of my truck so that she could get in and out. I would never deal with these people again!
