It is amazing how many crooked Real Estate agents there in Mauritius. This is the 3rd one I'm having problems with. This guy is asking for up front fees. When we ask details about his company, he says it's all on the website. Nothing. He's South African and works hand in hand with Remax Mauritius. The 2 companies seem to have a scam going. I was researching how to relocate to Mauritius and I came across many services. There's one that caught my eye, nice Youtube videos, good presentation etc. I decided to shortlist Rolfe International as a potential relocation company we may use.
In my research, I came across the company registrar in Mauritius and found that they have been incorporated since 2007 and the last declared annual revenue did not show more than USD 2,500. Diamond Estate They are real estate promoters in Mauritius. The managing director Rafick Assenjee is a shifty character. Don't buy any real estate from them on off-plan, they are scoundrels from Madagascar. A lot of real estate promoter lack ethics but these guys will take you to the cleaners.
