I need to return the charger that I purchased it does not fit on my laptop and they process a replacement right away after I sent back the package.
I have been waiting for this product for two months. Does the company have automated responses? That is the exact same response I received 2 weeks ago, promising the product will be delivered in a few days. Haven't receive anything until now!
