I'm really enjoying the workouts, I've never been one for keeping fit however I only want to lose 6lb in a month its more about toning up for me.
I'm on day 5 and enjoying the workouts.
You can set reminders to do your workout (but can only set it for 1 time of the day, when you need to do your workout 3x a day) but even though my reminders are on and my notifications in settings on my phone are on, I've still not yet been reminded and for someone like me i need the encouragement with the reminders. And it was only yesterday that I recieved my first notification to remind me to drink water at 8am, midday and 4pm. Also I put my starting weight in wrong and am unable to change it. Also the first day I only ate 350 calories out of 1459 allowed but I had a small pot cheesecake for a snack (200 calories) and it added 1lb in weight to my starting weight where this is not the case and its still there and i eat less than a 3rd (every day) of my calories allowed! So the reason for 3 stars is the work outs are enjoyable, there's some extra free workouts on the app and I can log my water and calories.
