In a nutshell they lie about having listings for land contract properties and then try to get you to subscribe to another website for a fee. I did a search for a particular zip code. Click on a property and the site gives the address, the price, how much down and a monthly payment. Then it says to get more information you need to pay for a subscription to a partner site. The only problem is that every one of the listings in this zipcode was a lender owned property and not a SINGLE one of the listed properties is really being offered on land contract terms. It appears to simply be yet another misleading way to get people to subscribe to Foreclusure.com. They seem to be good at that.
