I earned reward points and redeemed them for a ten dollar off coupon in place of product. Nowhere visible that I saw on the offer said you couldn't use it with any other discount, and with the sales always going on a philosophy because their products are already overpriced, you can essentially never use the coupon to your consumer advantage. It is bogus. They wouldn't refund my points despite the fact that I couldn't use the coupon on my order, and sent me a canned email about their policy not to do so. They clearly have had this complaint before, as they seemed well prepared for it. At any rate, they are more interested in $10 than a lifetime customer apparently, and I will never do business with them again. Not only do they have an allergy to transparency on their "coupons" (term used liberally), but they are not interested in client satisfaction. Don't waste your money here—plenty of equivalent products are available with better rewards programs and better customer service.
