Ordered on the 27th Nov, Took 2 WEEKS to tell me that the diamond is UNAVAILABLE
Received an email saying "While I understand that this is unexpected and disappointing, I'm would like to inform you that it is our policy in such cases to provide a diamond at least as good as the one that you originally ordered at no additional cost for you as long as this is possible." ONLY AFTER 2 WEEKS.
Because I don't have enough time, I had to asked their Customer Service team to pick a diamond for me got WORSE DIAMOND and had to PAY EXTRA for it despite the email said "no cost", I had to pay due to the need of getting a diamond ASAP. And it's 1 week before I left the Country,

At the end, the customer care manager managed to get in touch with me and refunded the "Extra" i had to pay when I changed my diamond. Well, they did a good job on that. The diamond itself was good, So if you are not in a rush, you can try give it a go, expect 10 days - 2 weeks from end to end,
