Zoara made us wait 6 weeks for a custom made wedding ring just to tell us it was out of stock. To late tofind another. So Zoara, never again!

Dear R P. - I can't begin to apologize enough for such a disappointing experience. The supplier for your ring style was not transparent with us regarding their inventory, however, you ordered from us not from them - this is on us and we are so sorry. We did try to offer a temporary ring in order to meet your wedding date and did execute a refund immediately upon your request. I understand how important these life moments are and we were looking forward to being part of your special day - not your disappointment.
