I did 3 purchases for the attractive US$1 gifts and VOVA charged my credit card for a total US$44 but next day when I check my order they told me was not lucky and maybe next time, I wrote to services at nova.com asking for a refund to my credid card account but they invites me for my next order to use some coupons can't find anyhere.
