I received an email on 9/15/16 with shipping label attached. I printed it out and returned my water damaged iphone for replacement the same day. I also paid the $189.00 deductible for a new replacement. It is now 10/04/16 and I still have not received a replacement and it's not on the way because I have not received a tracking# by email as promised. I was told I would receive my new phone within a week..
