My order was placed via Google shopping on 10/26/11@ 0640 PST. After placing my order both Google and eBabyCarriers sent order confirmations within minutes. It is now 11/16/11, and I have not had any further information sent my way as to if the item has been shipped, etc. I have called three times in the last two days, each was spent on hold for 55+ minutes, and have not heard a human voice even once. I have also left a detailed voice message and email, and have received nothing! I am disappointed in Google for allowing a company with this poor quality customer service to be displayed on their shopping page.
