One of the best sites out there for getting a baby carrier. They have every single possible carrier on the market so you have plenty to choose from. The prices are reasonable, but not super cheap. If you search around you can find cheaper prices than they have, so I can't give it a perfect heart. But, they do deliver on customer service. Great return policy and if you call them they can really help you pick out the perfect carrier just for you.

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SITE! I was so excited to find the moby wrap on this site for a lower price than I was finding it elsewhere and for cheap shipping! Plus the site advertised that if you ordered before 4pm they would ship it the same day. I ordered on a Thursday so I figured that at the latest I should receive it by the following Tuesday. Well, my credit card was charged the next day, but nine days later... no package yet. I emailed twice and got no response either time and called multiple times, every time getting a recording saying that I should call back later or email! Finally I used their live chat and demanded a refund! I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I actually receive it!

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered baby sling on 11/19 with priority shipping (1-3 days). Received confirmation immediately. Emailed twice with no response, called several times to only receive a voicemail message. Finally on 11/29 called credit card company to cancel order. Definitely think twice about ordering!

I ordered from ebabycarriers on Nov. 30,2011 and Dec. 15,2011 and I have never received my products. I have called and only gotten a machine that won't allow me to leave a message and I have emailed a couple of times and never got a response! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They take your money and never give you the item you ordered! This is a fraudulent company if you ask me!

A total waist of time and money! Do not order from this website, I would just repeat the complaints written by the people before me, exact same things. I am still waiting for the baby carrier I ordered and never got any notice that they did not ship it because they were out of stock. I hope I can get back my money and buy a carrier elsewhere. I just wish I saw these reviews before I ordered a baby carrier form this stupid website..

I have filed a report with the BBB about this website. I ordered a hotsling in November of 2011 and never received it. They charged my credit card right away. They never answered their phones and emails went unanswered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I placed an order on 12/9/11 and was told it would be delivered in 5-10 days. More than enough time for it to be delivered in time for Xmas. It is now 1/4/12 and I have never received my order. I place a phone call every day but get a recording and there is no option to leave a message. I have sent numerous emails and have not gotten a response. When I review my order online it says my order is being processed so I cannot cancel it. I have no idea if it has been sent, if it is going to be sent or when. My daughter's baby is due any day and I don't know what to do. She is going to be very disappointed.

My order was placed via Google shopping on 10/26/11@ 0640 PST. After placing my order both Google and eBabyCarriers sent order confirmations within minutes. It is now 11/16/11, and I have not had any further information sent my way as to if the item has been shipped, etc. I have called three times in the last two days, each was spent on hold for 55+ minutes, and have not heard a human voice even once. I have also left a detailed voice message and email, and have received nothing! I am disappointed in Google for allowing a company with this poor quality customer service to be displayed on their shopping page.

I can't get anyone to answer me via email OR phone! I ordered and paid for fast shipping. (3-5 days) 3 weeks later and I can't get a hold of them via email or phone! And they took my $150!

I would stay as far away from this web site. I ordered a baby sling on 9/3/11 I received an order confirmation, however never received any other emails. I knew when I ordered this product that it would take 5-10 days for shipping. However, I had to contact the company by email to find out why I had not received my product. I was told that it had been sent that day 9/22 and that the, item had been back ordered. My daughter contacted the company by phone and was told that it had been sent and she would recieve it in two days, which should have been 9/23. However, on 9/26 my daughter contacted the company again, and was told that it was on its way with the usps. Today, 9/28 I contacted the customer service again. I spoke with Amber, who was the one who sent the email notifying me that it had been sent on 9/22, and she told me that it had not yet been sent out. I am very frustrated, I feel that I have been lied to, and I would never recommend this company, they are very disorganized, and not truthful with their customers. I was told they would overnight it tonight the 28th and I will see if we receive it tomorrow. I won't hold my breath! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Is this website a scam? I purchased a baby carrier several weeks ago in hopes that it would arrive for a baby shower gift. I paid for the fast shipping and the shower date came and went. The only information I received from ebabycarriers.com was an order confirmation. I've wanted to know the status of my order but contacting the company has been impossible. The phone line goes straight to voice mail where they promise to call back within one business day. I've left voice mails and sent emails almost every day for the past week and nobody will get back to me. At this point, my order is way over due, and I have just paid 50 dollars for a gift that never arrived. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. What a head ache-I have better things to do then to call ebabycarriers.com every day! I strongly advise against making any purchases through ebabycarriers.com.

I ordered a baby carrier on 9/7/09 and received confirmation on 9/10/09 that it had shipped. I had chosen standard shipping and realized it would take 5-10 business days to receive it. I waited 2 weeks and still had not gotten the carrier. I called and received immediate attention. The representative said the item was not available and they were waiting for me to pick a different one! I never got any notice of this; she said it should have been emailed to me. It wasn't and it wasn't in my junk mail either. She said she would find out what else was in stock and call me in an hour. No call that day or the next. So I called the following afternoon and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I left message. No call back. I sent an email, no mail back. I sent an email saying I wanted my money back. Finally, three days later, I got an email saying they had canceled the order and refunded my money. After 3 weeks, I had to order my carrier from somewhere else. A total waste of time... My 3 week old baby was 6 weeks before she got the benefits of being carried.
