I came across their website 4 months ago. I really liked what they were showcasing on their website. I decided to order a list of the items that caught my eye. I placed the order in December. I made the habit of checking the status of my order frequently. Some of the items on my list were due to ship 2 months from the date I had placed my order. They charged me over $100.00 alone in shipping costs and I still had to wait longer for the items to ship out. There were numerous times I tried contacting Bradford with unsuccessful results. When some of my items finally started shipping out, some of items took longer to arrive. When I contacted Bradford for tracking details. They advised that they didn't have a tracking number to give me to track where my order is. They didn't have a tracking number on file for any of my orders. When the items finally arrived, they looked absolutely nothing like the picture on their website. The picture of the item displayed on their website is just so they can lure people to buy them. They make the item seem better and bigger but if I was ever to see 90 percent of the items I bought on that website, I would have never paid a dime for them. Then they ended up cancelling one of my orders. When I called them about it, they advised that the item was sold out and they would never be getting more in stock. The woman advised me that Bradford would send me a letter confirming the item was out of stock. Weeks later I got a e-mail from the Bradford website saying that the item was available! Finally, the last item that arrivedcame broken. I returned it back to them (I was able to keep the tracking number for the item and it only took a week for them to receive it). IT TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO ISSUE ME A REFUND! I was appalled. Why is it that they will charge a credit card immediately when a item is shipped but to return a customer's money, they will take their sweet time. I contacted Bradford about 20 different times regarding my refund before I received it. Why is it that I am able to track my return but I can't track my purchase! I don't recommend buying anything from this company. The item you want will not be what it looks like and customer service is not their first priority. Their first priority is to take your money every which way they can. I will never waste my money on their garbage again!

I decided to make a purchase of a minime doll from the website (1minime.com) after I saw their product on the Dragons Den, the person who supposingly owned this company at that time got a couple offers from 2 of the Dragons because they thought it was a really good idea. I AM 100% SURE THIS DEAL FELL THROUGH! 2 weeks had gone by after I purchased the doll and I heard nothing from them. I then decided to come on this site to see what reviews they had received (it would have been much wiser of me to check reviews before making this purchase), basically almost every review on here had a low rating except a few. The good reviews were hard to understand, which clearly shows that these crooks (1minime.com) were trying to bring their rating up knowing that their customers were NOT happy! I messaged these people 2 times and I heard nothing. Then I filed a dispute with Paypal to try to get my money back. After I filed the dispute, they responded immediately (big surprise). They claimed that they never received any messages from me. The person who sent me an e-mail wanted me to send him a copy of the invoice that THEY emailed me 2 weeks prior. It felt like they didn't even know that I had ordered a minime doll. After numerous messages to them through Paypal Dispute, as that is the only way they will respond, I finally got my minime doll and it looked absolutely appalling! The doll looked absolutely nothing like me, I wasted my time and money and I got garbage. I am not happy with them and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from their website. They are NOT professionals, more like amateurs out to make a quick buck. Save your money!

This business is absolutely unprofessional. I bought five sets of jewelry from these crooks. They sent them in three different deliveries, and I had to pay COD on each delivery. When I got the first delivery. I opened the set, I pick up one of the earrings and a gem automatically falls off. I had to super glue it back on. I received the next delivery like 15 days later. I opened one of the sets, I try on the necklace and I can't even wear it for a second, they used some type of thread on the back of the necklace to tie it together. It's so sharp nobody can wear it! The last delivery was the worst, it was like they just threw the jewelry into the case and shipped it. I opened one of the jewelry cases and the earrings were just laying loose inside the case on top of the necklace and then I open up the second case, the necklace was BROKEN. This is absolutely unacceptable. Keep in mind that they said I would have to wait 10 days for these two sets to be shipped out, I waited 20 days and THE NECKLACE CAME BROKEN. Wtf. Whoever reads these reviews, please do not waste your time and money on this website, they are all fraudsters. I paid over $300 for five cheap sets of jewelry. If I have anything to say to this company, please stop ripping people off and shut your business down, we don't want to be throwing our hard earned money down the drain!
