They had my iPad for over three months. 1) The screen is bad need to get a new one, okay I say, and no reply to when that will be done for a couple weeks. 2) claimed my battery was bad after getting new screen, okay... after repeatedly calling and being told it was "almost fixed and come in Monday to pick it up"... and driving two counties over to find it wasn't fixed I was annoyed. Then, the next excuse was the battery they got from Apple wasn't good enough. Okay wait another three weeks... okay come in tomorrow... nah I call instead and talk to another tech. He states it's done they fired all the other techs because they broke things... I pick up my IPad and take it home... it didn't charge... called and was told "I checked it before you got here and it worked" ANOTHER LIE. None of my cords or chargers worked, called yet again, got the same teenager, he says my charging port was bad. Really? How did he check it before I arrived? Needless to say it was the same mumbling teenager who I talked to before. I told him I wasn't paying for a port that was fine before I dropped it off. I asked for the manager. Was told he was in the West Palm store for the next few days smfh. Finally after calling enough times They take it back and another week and a half I got it back. Now?... it turns off and on repeatedly... new battery huh? It's the original battery. Frankly if it would actually do any good I would complain to the BBB. Just don't ever use they scammers.
