Micro soft doesn't have customers service. All answers are generated by machines - Nothing personal. I'm already for 5 days without using my email, just because somebody or something used my email account for spreading junk.
The problem is when I try to get the suspension lifted, I end with the question; what phone number can we use to send you a verification code. When I fill in my number- reply is: we cannot send codes to this telephone number. While on morning morning before I was completely shut down I still could receive codes from Microsoft. Are there ways to solve this. I tried to call the Dutch office (I'm Dutch, living in Zambia) and I called the US Microsoft. I end up talking to a robot and after having answered some questions in digit form by pressing numbers, I get referred back to the online help desk and the vicious circle starts all over again.
