Microsoft is a disappointment. In the unfortunate event of your account being compromised, their lack of assistance is disheartening. Their responses consist of scripted statements with no actual help provided. Frankly, it's disheartening, and one can't help but wish for the downfall of such a company.

How is possible that i have all the information needed to proof that account is mine. Everything still is on my name i have still some access but still microsoft says i have no sufficient proof of ownership. Thats insane you guys suck so much. It makes no sense there no real support.
