I have amazon prime and there is nothing more convenient than being able to find a product on amazon and order it with free shipping. They have almost anything you could ever want! I'm disabled and it's hard to walk around a store to shop. Being able to get so many things from amazon and receive them in a couple days is immensely helpful for me. The amount I've saved on shipping has more than paid for my prime membership every year. When they do mess up, their service people are willing and able to handle the problem for you. Recently they shipped out an item of furniture after I'd canceled the order. Their automatic return system wanted to charge me shipping to send it back. Five minutes chatting with a CSR and I had a free pickup scheduled for the large, bulky item. Then their automatic system deducted shipping from the credit for the item (their error in shipping a canceled order). Another few minutes chatting with a CSR and I had full credit. Their CSRs can bypass their automatic system to give you quick, efficient, and polite assistance. There's no "I have to send this to a manager to look into." I appreciate that. Amazon has quality products, service, and people with very reasonable prices. I love them.

They make blends of flowers and greens for small herbivores. These are a bit expensive but they are unique. My guinea pigs love them. They also make toys out of hay and other plant material. All of my little pets enjoy the toys. The site is geared mostly toward rabbits but guinea pigs love the hay, and my hamsters and rats love the treats and toys. The hay is gresh and fragrant, and much better quality than those bags of dry crap you can buy at petsmart. Pound for poind, compared to those little bags at pet stores, the hay at smallpetselect is less expensive. The prices are somewhat high for most things but you're paying for good quality. You can find coupons often for free shipping and you can email them to request a free sample of their second cutting timothy hay. If you have small animals, especially those who enjoy hay, give this place a try.

I have 2 guinea pigs, 3 rats, and 3 hamsters, all rescues. I've ordered several times from chewy.com. I find that their prices are half of the prices for the same products locally. Merchandise arrives very quickly and is as expected. They are a great company to deal with. Their prices make it possible to care for my many pets on a budget.
