I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for $109.00. Three weeks later I received a fake Burberry scarf. They admit their mistake, however, they will only offer a 38% refund. See email below, this has been days of emailing them:

We have explained to you before, the shipping company mixed your order, which is out of our control. We did send you the order timely and send you the correct item.

Considering your loss, we would like to refund you 38% of the order price as compensation.

We also have lost a lot(the products and manual costs), and our profit is much low. Hope you can understand us and consider our suggestion.
