Thought Emanual provided on line access. It did not, and could not download to laptop. Requested refund but was denied. No refund, No manual poor customer service. One star because it will not post bad review without one.

Just used Angi list to have my washer hauled off. Big Bob's Hauling called minutes after I requested a quote and arrived within the hour. Quickest response I have ever had. The Price was right and the washer is out of my basement. If you need something hauled call Big Bob's Hauling soon. With this work ethic this person is going to building a big business and will be hard to get as quickly as I did in the future. No fuss no mess just business.
