I went online and made changes to where the bill was supposed to come from, but instead I get a call telling me that I am late. How late am I? I ask, 1 day so then I replied well I updated my information online. What good does it do to provide options to update if your just going to call people up and tell them they are 1 day late. It wouldn't have been late at all if your system was set up to recognize changes in the payment.

Reason I chose this business:

At the time my previous coverage had lapse so I was looking for a better option. I didn't like the repair options they provided.
