I had AC unit that needed repair, Home Safe was contacted, immediately some one was here to diagnose the issue. My only waiting period is for the technician to order the part. I can say that this company delivered a fantastic service. The staff we exceptional courteous to me with follow-up emails.
My reimbursement was prompt.
