I ordered two blouses and the first one finally came. It's a lovely floral pattern but the cut in the front is way too low and I will have to make another button hole to cover up my breasts. The material is polyester I believe or some sort of rayon. I wish this would have been stated. How do I wash it. There is no tag. When is my other blouse coming?

I like to see shipping costs up front. I tried to CHAT to find this information out but the agent said they didn't have that info and that I had to fill out all information to get to that point. I don't like unknowns. I liked the blouses so much I decided to buy them anyway. I also don't like 20-30 days for delivery. Is this coming from China?
