Returned item timely with all flamingo requirements met. No refund. No contact at all. Because I was too sick to escalate PayPal before 7/5/23, PayPal did nothing to help get my money back. Deal with this company at your own risk. I will never deal with a schister a second time. Don't count on PayPal protection either. They do not give clear instructions. This 80 year old double amputee was just cheated out of $37 she could not afford to lose. Ii really detest. Cheaters. If I only had a voodoo doll! I do have photos of my proof of return exactly as "flamingo shop" requires! Thet get minus 10 stars from me!

I am all right that as a physically challenged senior age 79, double amputee, I am charged more because I am unable to come into your store to shop. Since I sent someone to pick it up, I should not have to be penalized so I've seen me much for something I have no control over. You already charge higher prices in the store and then to have a surcharge added per item that is shopped online is ridiculous. Take advantage of the handicap. I know you publicize that you are charged higher prices, but you should be ashamed

Tip for consumers:
Physically and mentally challenged, especially elders are those on reduced or fixed income, shouldn't unite and strongly object to having to pay higher prices to shop online as a shut-in. That is taking unfair advantage of the physically and mentally challenged population

Took FOREVER to arrive. Did not even resemble what i ordered. I ordered a size larger to be sure it was roomy. Looks like i put on a child jacket. Very poor quality that i would not wear for free. Their facebook ad looks as though it is letting you post honest review, but it never appears after you enter it! Beware! Do not be taken financially by this company... or any china company from the experiences of friends!
