Worst customer service. No one responds back. Items missing from my order and still awaiting for my refund. Ordered from here for Christmas presents for the family and wish I didn't. Have sent multiple emails and have asked to raise an official complaint which still has not been done!

Worst customer service. Been emailing them since October regarding my refund but juicy couture has failed to even respond back. Asked for their complaints email countless times and they've refused to even raise an official complaint. No phone number to ring them up either! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It's now been 4 months and still NO REFUND. The customer service agents won't raise a complaint and cannot and will not answer to where my parcel is or who lost my order. Two videos uploaded with this review proves how terrible and vile their customer service is. I have had to contact Trading Standards to report how Farfetch are operating.

Returned my order back in August 2023, the order passed UK customs and was sent to Japan and then returned back to my billing address EMPTY. My parcel was stolen and tampered with somewhere after UK customs to Japan and back to me. Farfetch have been ignoring me since August and still have not refunded me for my missing goods of £180. I have had to contact trading standards to get involved. Do not purchase from Farfetch. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I am now £180 down and I do not even have the goods.
