AVOID BUYING ONLINE
December 22, 2023

Worst customer service. No one responds back. Items missing from my order and still awaiting for my refund. Ordered from here for Christmas presents for the family and wish I didn't. Have sent multiple emails and have asked to raise an official complaint which still has not been done!

I have been using their shampoo and conditioner for 4 months now. I love how it makes my hair feel, and I love the smell! Their soap is also divine. I usually spend the Winter with itchy skin. Their lemon verbena vegetable soap makes my skin so happy. I've not been itchy at all.
Shipping is super-fast. My last order shipped out 90 minutes after I placed it. The website also regularly sends me special offers like free shipping, free products, and $10 off $35 order.

Shampoo and conditioner arrived from L'Occitane with French labels (verveine agrumes). No English translation on the bottles. Customer service on Sunday agreed that the wrong products were sent and sent replacements at no cost. After a second lengthy conversation with customer service, I was told that I had the correct products both times and needed to return the replacement bottles. "Seal up pkg and place outside to be picked up." I believe they should have seen this as THEIR prob and not MINE. They lost a good customer. Customer Service should have informed me on the first call that I had the correct product ( just written in french). I am not responsible for their mistake of sending it out again. They may be getting $40 worth of product back but losing hundreds of my dollars for poor customer service.

Bought several products for wife's birthday. Paid for expedited delivery and even called the following day to ensure it was on its way. Still arrived late, somethign to do with their warehouse and delivery department. Spoke to customer care and their only solution was to offer to refund the expedited fee. Advice -- Don't trust customer care and give more than a week's time or possibly more for delivery -- don't pay for expedited service.

I never personally had a problem with receiving items from this site. I really like their moisturizers. Their under eye cream works wonders. I have been really happy with this company and the products I have ordered.

I love their verbena shampoo, and hand creams. However, they have the WORST customer service EVER! It happened three times on me that they canceled my orders. First time was a week before my friend bday, and I bought her a gift set soaps as well as a shampoo for myself on L'Occitane website. After couples days I ordered them, they send me an email saying sorry that the shampoo is out of stock, I replied "that's ok, just make sure to send me soaps on time." then, after almost a week, they send me another email, said the soaps are out of stock, and my friend's birthday was just in couple days. YUCK! The second time, I bought a lotion and they offered a gift set together with my order. But,again, after couple days I ordered it, they sent me an email saying the gifts were out of stock! I was so angry! They ask me if I still want the lotion, I first replied yes, but just after couple hrs I saw they didn't reply and I relied them again and said "please don't send it to me, I'll reorder it together with other products in order to use anther promotion code." HOWEVER, they didn't reply this email finally, and sent me the lotion! I was so angry and emailed their customer service, and they replied me very rudely, and highlighted the email I sent them first time w/ sentence "please still send it"... I'm done w/ L'occitine, they have no CSM
