Their customer service is so rude and not at all customer friendly. Nicole in particular should be fired for her poor attitude and unwillingness to help. I ordered goods, DHL lost the package and L'occitane refused to do anything about it, including calling DHL itself to inquire as to the package, until an additional 10 business days had passed. So I sat there for over 20 days waiting for a package that never arrived and not once did customer service offer to do anything to make the situation better. I love the product but I am so disgusted by their attitude I will never shop there again, including in store.
