Ordered an item on December 6th that showed in-stock. After many days, my order had not been processed so I created a ticket. Rosegal claimed the item was not in stock. Then a week later it suddenly showed as shipped, listing a FedEx tracking number. Five business days later, FedEx has still not received the item for shipping. Ordered with plenty of time before Christmas, and now my wife will not receive her gift.

At Rosegal all items have varying processing times based on their warehouse location and stock availability. Please note that each item has it's processing time displayed clearly on the web page.
The total time it will take to receive your order will be the processing time plus the shipping time.
