I've been Boston Proper customer 15+ years. The style is very cute and quality is ok, but if you have return ore exchange item it is night mirror. If you got defective item what's happening very often, you have to call them, they will say send it back, no Charge for shipping back. It will take about 3 weeks and they will still charge you for the shipping. You have to call back and spend time to get these money back. After all of it NO MORE Boston Proper! It don't matter how cute this clothing.
Tip for consumers:
The customer service is terrible. If you have to return defective item what happens a lot , you have to call them , they will tell send it back we will give you full refund. You send it back it will takes 3-4 weeks and they will charge you for return shipping label . You have to call back and start all over again. They will tell you they will process refund and it may never happened, you will have to call back again. Tied …No more Boston Proper !
