“Rook forever and still shipped to the wrong State”

Customer service is quite bad. Our order was supposed to ship to Maryland, US but the tracking says it was delivered to Hawaii. We will be starting a case with our credit card to dispute. Customer service has not responded to our emails. Stay away from this merchant!
