Dear All,

I hope you are fine and healty.

We live in Turkey and we use your products with love and appreciation.

We bought the Lego ******* Classic set from one of the internet shopping sites. However, after completing the installation of the Blue Train item, we realized that the three wheels are not working in sync and are rubbing against each other. Under normal conditions, all three wheels should rotate counterclockwise, while the middle wheel rotates clockwise. This causes the train to stop moving. We ask you to resolve this issue.This situation caused a great disappointment for us (my 5 year old son and I). Unfortunately, it has shaken our confidence in Lego. My son is currently asking if he can play with this train and I cannot give a correct answer. I cannot say that this product was designed incorrectly because its wheels do not turn in the same direction. An urgent solution is needed.
If there is a situation, technique or installation that we missed or did not understand, we ask you to inform us.
Unfortunately, this product of yours has also caused us unhappiness.

The order with the tracking number **************, which I placed with the delivery number *******199 through Trendyol from the seller of Great Books, has been standing still on Trendyol Express since 20.04.2023 11:51 in Ankara, which is supposed to be delivered yesterday. The company delivered the order to Trendyol Express on the same day and did its part. When I called Trendyol Express Customer Service, they opened a registration. Afterwards, the official I spoke to from Trendyol chat, unfortunately, did not help and tells me to wait 5 working days for the registration opened in an unpleasant, mocking tone with the customer. 5 working days.
I had to wait another 5 working days for the record I complained about for my cargo, which I had already waited for 7 days, to be resolved. In other words, I have to wait for a total of 14 days, 7 days plus 5 working days (which is 7 days) for the cargo that is still in Ankara. You are at the top level in customer satisfaction. Congratulations. You have raised the bar to such a high level that if I didn't ask about the cargo, it would probably wait for months there and no one would take care of it. I will gladly convey this indiscretion to your management team, to the Social media, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, to the relevant institutions and organizations.
I guess Trendyol doesn't care about customers anymore, feelings of satisfaction and empathy have been removed, Elite has become an e-commerce platform where there is no difference between being a member or not, and unfortunately the quality level has dropped considerably. This was the last message your friend sent me. Thank you very much for your kind attitude, I wish you a happy and peaceful day, please stay with love. Keep making fun of your customers. You are on the right track. If we don't care about you, rest assured we don't care either. It was 5 working days, it's been 6 working days. You are awesome, keep it up. Now I wrote again, friends confirmed 6 business days. And if there will be a return situation, they are talking about 10 working days. Keep going on.
