I reached cancelon through Trivago. I made a reservation and was charged for the hotel upfront. Not the hotel has no record of my reservation. The hotel is fully booked. When I call cancelon, they keep telling me they need 24 hours to look into it. 24 hours later, I get the exact same story. It has been a week. Obviously this is a scam site and fraudulent.
